the whole experience of watching sin city was amazing; it was like seeing the comics alive in front of you, down to the last detail -- the characters, colors, scenes, (considering rodriguez lifted the dialogues line per line.) all breathing and living.

no, i dont tolerate unneccessary violence in the media today, but the scenes cut were essential to the story; they were there for a purpose. when i said butchered, i meant the story got all the more confusing to some watching who haven't read the comics. and as if they cut the movie nicely. anaksiomai, mas malinis pa at mas swabe maghiwa ng karne o gulay si yaya agie, mapurol pa yung gamit niyang kutsilyo sa ganung lagay.

the mtrcb should put a more critical eye at our local tv, rather than doing sloppy re-editing to every film they get their hands on. potsa, sa news pa lang, grabehan na. "eto si juan, at ang kanyang tumor sa kaliwang parte ng kanyang ari (enter a shot of the said cancer -- and this is all during dinner time). antabayanan ang bangayang [celeb 1] at [celeb 2] sa aming pagbabalik." tapos, puro scandal, siraan ng mga channel, intriga dito, intriga doon, etc. all of this, round the clock!
